Vivien Dillon graduated from Edinburgh in the late 70s and spent 15 years in practice in Somerset and Staffordshire before joining what is now APHA in the North of Scotland, where her particular interest was production animal welfare. In 2014, retirement from commercial sheep farming brought a move to the South West of France, working remotely for Improve International. She now leads a mentoring project for veterinarians involved in bTB breakdowns across the Charente and Haute Vienne.
