My delegate badge hasn’t arrived, should I be worried?
Your delegate badge, programme and delegate bag will be available for collection at the registration desks on arrival.
Do I have to pay extra for food and drink?

Refreshments are included in your entrance fee. They include a hot lunch, snacks and unlimited tea and coffee which will be available throughout the day. 

I have special dietary requirements; will you be able to cater for me?

Whilst we aim to have the largest selection of food available, if you do have special dietary requirements please let us know by emailing enquiries@improveinternational.com and we will arrange alternatives for you.

What are my options for accommodation?

If you require accommodation, please enquire by calling 01793 759159.

I paid for a One-day pass and would like a Two-day pass (and any other amendments)

Not to worry. If you made a mistake when booking, then we can easily sort it for you. Just let us know what you would like changed by emailing enquiries@improveinternational.com

Can I just turn up on the day?
You are of course welcome just to turn up on the day but we ask people to book in advance so we can get numbers right for lunch and refreshments, make arrangements for dietary requirements and provide the right number of delegate information packs.
How will I receive my CPD certificate?

CPD certificates will be emailed directly to you shortly after the Conference. If you do not receive your certificate within 2 weeks, please let us know by emailing enquiries@improveinternational.com
