We are constantly monitoring the situation regarding COVID-19 and are committed to prioritising the safety of delegates and staff. We are hoping to go ahead with The Official Vet Conference this year, but we will keep all delegates informed if the situation changes.

Should The Official Vet Conference be cancelled, or any delegate be unable to attend due to COVID-19 mandatory regulations or following advice from the British Government in relation to COVID-19, then full refunds will be available for the total amount paid. The refund will exclude any discounts, promotional offers and free passes. Please note this applies to conference fees only and not any other costs, charges and bookings around the date such as hotels and travel. All refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.

Alternatively to the refund, bookings may also be ‘transferred’ to the Vets South 2021, Vets North 2021 or The Official Vet Conference 2021 events organised by Improve International. In addition, any credit for the ticket purchase price may also be used against any Improve programme or course if booked before December 2021.

As per current information from the Government, we are expecting the event to run as planned.
